Welcome to Real Fitness With Sarah

I have been running my classes since January 2013 and during this time I have seen incredible weight loss and improvements in fitness levels in my member’s lives through healthy eating and exercise. I am enthusiastic about what I do and I love everything about fitness and healthy eating. I am ready to help, support and guide members to reach their weight loss goal. Whether you have a few pounds or several stone to lose, or just looking to get fitter and healthier I have the experience to support and guide you.

I promote healthy eating and portion control, as coupled with exercise this is the only way to lose weight steadily and keep it off. I don’t have any quirky diets or quick fixes, it’s all about moderation and eating the right foods, plus exercise. My focus is on helping you make the right choices, I provide lots of nutritional and dietary advice during class, plus motivational pointers. The most important thing is to keep coming to class, even if you have a bad week, where you’ll get all the support you need.

My Background

Before becoming a Fitness Coach I worked in Human Resources and Training, I was made redundant 3 times, and then decided to try something completely different. I am passionate about fitness, in particular group fitness such as aerobics, so decided to give it a go, and train to become a Fitness Coach – I haven’t looked back! I also have a young family, 3 children under 12 years old, and this type of work really suits my family.

I am qualified in both Exercise to Music and Nutrition.

My Classes

Each class consists of a confidential weigh-in (optional), a short motivational talk offering nutritional help and advice and a fun filled 45 minute workout. Click here for our class details and here for our class fees.

We can help

If you are looking to improve your fitness levels, lose weight or maintain a healthy weight we can help you. All of my members have been in the same position and were once a new member looking to lose weight and gain fitness, do talk to them! We are all able to offer all the support and encouragement you’ll need plus make some new friends too.
