Your knees hurt, your back aches, you know you have to do something about it. Reluctantly I vowed to turn up for six weeks to exercise and weigh in come what may. Over a year later I am still here attending twice a week entering with a smile and leaving with a spring in my step. What's more I am two stones lighter, Sarah, you are a miracle worker!


A few months ago I was looking for a new exercise class to join. A friend told me about the Real Fitness classes that Sarah runs in South Bristol and Yate. I contacted Sarah who gave me information about her classes and I joined one in Yate. I am enjoying the Real Fitness programme. Sarah's enthusiasm and commitment are infectious and I would recommend them to anyone, whatever their level of fitness maybe.

Sarah delivers a wide variety of exercise which suits all abilities, there is always a high and low impact option, she also has a five minute nutritional talk before exercise session, she is a friendly welcoming instructor who makes everyone feel very welcome. My personal experiences includes; weight lost, my whole lifestyle has changed for the better, I eat differently my way of thinking has also changed, Sarah’s talk motivates me and her positive attitude is inspirational.
