General FAQ's

Have a question?

01

Who are your clients exactly?

I have two different types of clients, for my Fitness and Healthy Lifestyle classes and Pilates classes, my clients are mostly women 35+ years old, these women are busy they are juggling work, kids, other dependants and find fitting in an exercise class really hard. These clients may also be retired but have a busy life looking after grand-children and fulfilling a busy social calendar. More men are attending Real Fitness classes now and are very welcome, as are women of all ages.

The other clients are those who come along to Clubbercise, these clients want a fun exercise class, burn loads of calories and go home with a smile on their faces.

All my clients have put themselves at number 2 for too long, and have realised that they now need to look after themselves. They may have a bit of weight to lose, tone up a bit or just to get fitter and stronger.

02

Who will your Memberships work for?

Everyone! My Membership Packages are really flexible, you can pick from 6 packages that will suit your needs; from Virtual Fitness (online only) to face-to-face classes and a mixture of both. They will work for everyone as long as you are willing to commit to your fitness and wellness.

03

Where do your classes take place?

I offer my classes in the Community; Longwell Green, Hanham, Lyde Green and Kingswood, as well as online via our Facebook platform. All locations can be found on the Class Schedule tab on this Website.

04

What type of person do I need to be to make this work?

You just need to be you! But you genuinely need to be willing to make this work and give it a go!

05

I’ve tried lots of things before, and nothing has worked, how does this work?

My membership packages offer so many benefits through exercise, nutrition and motivation. The option to choose online or face-to-face classes (or a hybrid of both) has changed the lives of many of my clients so they feel back in control again.

These results can happen to anyone as long as you are consistent, open to suggestion and willing to make a few changes in your life – for the best of course! The advice we offer is habit forming and will start to be part of your “normal routine.” You are treated as an individual and we will look specifically at your problem areas and offer you support.

06

If I’m not sure I’m ready to get started, can I access a trial class to see if it’s for me?

Absolutely! You get a free trial class to try before you commit to joining our Membership. Please also take a look at my Facebook Pages – Real Fitness With Sarah and Clubbercise Bristol with Sarah for tips and news. Please contact me using the Contact Form below to get your free trial class.

07

What results can I expect?

The results will certainly vary from client to client, depending on what you want to get out of the Membership. Some of my clients want quick results and will come to several types of classes each week, and change their nutrition and habits really quickly, others want to take a bit longer. Whichever approach you have is absolutely fine – you need to work at your speed, there is no pressure. However, it is best to hear what my clients have to say about their results; “Since attending Real Fitness, I have felt much fitter,” “The classes keep me on the straight and narrow,” “I feel better for exercising each week,” “I now have a new found confidence in myself,” “I’m feeling so much better for it!”

08

How quickly can I expect results?

Everyone is different, we all have different commitments which allow us a certain amount of time to come to classes. However, if you can commit to 1-2 classes per week, you will definitely see a difference in 3 months. You will be fitter, stronger, more flexible and more toned. If you follow the nutritional guidelines you will also see a reduction in fat percentage too. You will also feel happier, have more energy and will possibly see other benefits such as sleeping better and feeling less stressed. A lot of my clients report that they feel more confident and motivated. Please be aware that this isn’t a quick fix, this is lifestyle change, and most of clients will continue to look, feel and move better consistently every month, when they attend a weekly class or classes. Consistency is the key!

09

It sounds great but I don’t have time?

You need to decide if your health and fitness is your priority? If so, you will find time, anyone can find 1.5 hours a week to attend a class, even the busiest person. Plus my Memberships are really flexible so if you miss a week as you too busy, then save your missed class and come along to two classes the following week. The benefit of online classes is that all the classes are saved, so you can access them at a time that’s convenient to you (at home, on holiday, wherever there’s WiFi).

10

Do I have to workout at a high intensity?

No, not at all. I have mixed ability classes, some clients will want to work at the higher intensity level, others will work at a lower impact level. We will always discuss your needs before the first class, and can recommend which level to workout at. Plus you’ll find that your fitness levels will progress so quickly!

11

I have had an injury or I have a diagnosed medical condition, can I still join?

Mostly, yes, it is not a problem, as our instructors can adapt all exercises to suit individual’s needs. There are some conditions that may result in not being able to participate, but we will always discuss your injuries/conditions before your first class.
